>> REAL ESTATE: Successfully resolved problems with contracts, sales, leases, lease options, easements, and similar documents. Negotiated and litigated resolution of disputes over contract, title, co-ownership rights, partition actions, accounting matters, and landlord-tenant issues.

Represented and counseled executors, administrators, trustees, and conservators to assist them in carrying out their ordinary duties of administration and distribution of the estate and trust property.
